Focus on your natural healing capacities and more deeply understand your own inner healer.
What is Holistic Therapy?
Holistic therapy is a type of therapy that focuses on a person’s natural healing capacities, honoring the “whole” person and integrating spiritual, physical, mental, and emotional forms of well-being. The intention of holistic therapy is to help individuals develop a deeper understanding of their own “inner healer,” finding a more accessible balance within their own systems and empowering humans to look beyond the concept of pathology. It integrates evidence-based treatment, cultural competency, and an experiential, trauma-informed framework that is often tailored to a person’s unique needs & nervous system.
