Healthy co-regulation is important for survival, as human beings need attunement and a sense of belonging to flourish and thrive. 

We heal in the context of connection, in the fabric of community, and within authentic relating. Most of us deeply yearn to be seen, yet struggle at times with this vulnerable experience. In this way, our relationships can be emotionally charged, sensitive, and involve protection or defense.

Our interpersonal relationships often reflect forms of patterning from our attachment histories, weaving narratives of how we were loved and how we love others.

Improve relational health through couples sessions and directly address these wounds and injuries, learning how to access more secure, affirming connection and deeper intimacy. Couples work can be valuable at all stages of a relationship, with all different types of relationship structures and diverse identities.
